The Atmosphere
Nestled beside a cliff yet still overlooking the azures of the ocean, The Bluff Bar offers a quintessential beach bar experience. The luxuriousness and beauty that surrounds Beach Enclave also extends to The Bluff Bar’s North Shore locale. As beach revellers relax amid soft island breezes, attendants will cater to their every need, from cool towels and fruit-infused water to locally sourced food and drinks.
Resort Manager Kinson Lazarre says of the new bar, “[It’s] elevated 65 feet above sea level and boasts breathtaking views of Princess Alexandra National Park and the barrier reef. Our location is as unique as our handcrafted signature cocktail menu.”
The Arbikie x Beach Enclave Cocktail Menu
Rivaled only by the pristine ocean views, the exclusive Arbikie x Beach Enclave cocktail menu includes six luscious and unique concoctions featuring Arbikie Highland Estate Distillery’s world-class spirits. Born in the Scottish Highlands in the 1700s, Arbikie quickly became one of the world’s top field-to-bottle distilleries.
“Arbikie’s centuries-old method of making spirits is amazingly rare, and so is the location on which the Bluff Bar sits,” said Lazarre of the bar’s partnership with Arbikie.
Arbikie’s ingenious craftsmanship appears in each cocktail–from classics like gin and vodka to imaginative infusions like Arbikie Chili Vodka–alongside Beach Enclave’s own signature sparkling wine. All ingredients not only compliment the Arbikie spirits, but also nod to the gorgeous local beaches that surround the bar itself.
