These two restaurants along Grace Bay combine nature’s luxuries with affordable entrees.
It’s unclear as to whether author Ernest Hemingway invented any cocktails here, but Hemingway’s Restaurant is given thumbs up for its addition of Caribbean flavors to true French cooking technique. Top chefs here are said to be quite personable, and with a spectacular view of Grace Bay to silhouette your meal this is certain to be an affordable and truly remarkable dining experience.
The Flamingo Cafe
Although tucked away into a plain corner of Grace Bay the inconspicuous Flamingo Cafe is a great catch for fresh seafood. You won’t even have to leave your bathing suit behind for this casual locale, yet servers are genuine and welcoming to large parties coming in straight off the salty beaches. Waitstaff keep the beer ice-cold in the afternoons, while dinner serve brushes things up a bit with white tablecloths.
