Provence has equally rich roots in Turks & Caicos. Chef Eric has lived on the Island for 10 years, and first revolutionized the food scene by serving local hotels, restaurants, and two major supermarkets as Crust Bakery. Provence elevated their offerings in 2016, offering breakfast service at Beach Enclave’s North Shore location. They then expanded to include private chef services as of November 2017.
Now, chefs frequent Beach Enclave’s luxury villas to serve a daily full breakfast as well as mesmerizing and mouthwatering meals at any time of day. Each dish incorporates both local Turks & Caicos flavors and Chef Eric’s Italian and French heritage.
