The owners of the first BE Beach Enclave Turks and Caicos villa – Parcel 5, Design One – have been enjoying their home since last week! We were so proud and excited that we couldn’t resist throwing a sunset cocktail party at the elevated villa. The party was co-hosted together with the homeowners in late November. It was organized by the management team, attended by members of the real estate sales community, homeowners, friends, and our team.
BE’s philosophy of modern but warm design, impeccable finishes, and seamless interior / exterior living experience was on full display, enhanced by the breathtaking view of the entire north shore and a perfect sunset. Best of all, the homeowners gave the home a 10 out of 10!
We couldn’t ask for a better showcase home as we release the last villa available for sale at BE Beach Enclave and launch the sister project BE Long Bay with its five beachfront homes. Joe Zahm, president of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s says: “Beach Enclave has truly pulled it all together regarding location, architecture and design. Architect Simon Wood and Interior designer Domino have splendidly and seamlessly delivered a development, home aesthetic and design that people just love. I don’t think the developer could have done better!”
The BE Beach Enclave common areas and infrastructure (reception, fitness center, security, IT, and back-of-house) are now complete. Next milestone is the completion of Parcel 6 Design One and Parcel 4 Design Two, scheduled for February 2016. Remaining homes will be completed by Fall 2016, with a rental program starting Thanksgiving 2016.
As sales progress, so does construction at BE Beach Enclave. The first 4 and 5 bedroom beachfront villas now feature roofs and the beautiful villa enclave is taking shape. What was a mere developer’s vision only months ago is now fast becoming a reality… a reality that can now be seen and touched.
The site works development’s are progressing alongside the beachfront villa construction with the onsite manager’s dwelling, the oceanfront gym & yoga structure as well as the reception building well under way. The construction timing calls for the first villa completion by the end of 2015 in time for the holiday season and shortly after Turks & Caicos was voted as the number one beach destination in the world on TripAdvisor. We certainly look forward to it!
The first 3 beachfront villas are well under way at the Beach Enclave managed villa developments. Lots 4, 5 and 6 are progressing well, while the villa on lot 2 is about to also join the realm of construction. Olympic Construction has fully ramped up and completed much of the concrete work on the first 2 villas. Roof structures are being installed and the impressive SWA Architects designs – that thus far could only be admired on stunning renderings – can now be admired ‘in the flesh’. The amazing views from the pool area as well as the living and sleeping areas of the villa are clearly visible, even in the current raw construction phase.
Along with the villas, the development’s amenities are progressing. The site works for the reception building have begun and the under-ground utilities are being installed throughout.
Sales are progressing well and the remaining inventory is extremely limited for both beachfront and hilltop villas.
The Turks & Caicos Islands continue to be a popular vacation and investment destination. Demand is constantly growing while available real estate is shrinking. Perhaps the perfect time to secure one of the last remaining Beach Enclave villas and with it family enjoyment for years to come.
Construction commenced at Beach Enclave as planned in November 2014. The construction of the first two Beach Villas – each elevated by 45 ft above the sandy the Beach Enclave beach – started with the foundations of the infinity edge pool and the floor slab of the 4 bedroom SWA designed villas.
Olympic Construction, a Turks and Caicos based construction firm with vast experience in luxury villa construction, is executing the build under the guidance of Simon Wood and his architectural team.
The first two villas are expected to be completed late in 2015 and construction commencement for further beach villas is expected to follow in due course. Beach Enclave developer Vasco Borges is extremely pleased with the progress of the entire villa development: “We knew that the concept of a managed villa enclave would be in highly sought after, but the demand we are experiencing is exceeding our expectations. Olympic has done a fantastic job so far, mobilizing fast and completing the slabs not only on schedule, but also within our stringent quality guidelines.”
“We also just finalized our plans for the three hilltop villas, which will follow the same stunning design with some subtle adjustments for the breathtaking elevation. These hilltop villas represent a tremendous value for the owner as they share a beach access and the BE beach club, consisting of a beach amenity, gym and yoga terrace, giving them the same experience as that of the beach villa owners,” said Borges.
Since the Developers of the Beach Enclave have finalized the first sales of the elevated villa project located on the North Shore of Providenciales, the start of Construction of these Turks and Caicos Villas has been set for Fall of 2014. Currently, the team is in the final selection process of the construction company sourcing from the leading companies in Turks and Caicos.
In parallel, the engineering and detailing process is fully under way to ensure an efficient and high-quality product for the 9 owners of the Turks and Caicos Villas.
The newest, gated community on Providenciales, the Beach Enclave, was officially presented to Turks and Caicos real estate agents, local attorneys, bankers and other members of the business community on February 13th, 2014. The completion of all preliminary site works including viewing platforms on each of the nine villa locations, pathways throughout the 10 acre site and stairs leading to the private beach location, was celebrated with the opening event. The first photo-realistic renderings were presented of exteriors and interiors of both villa design options.
In the early evening, Developer Vasco Borges and sales and marketing partner Joe Zahm, Owner/Broker of Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, presented the villa enclave by stating that they had been eyeing this prestigious International Drive address for some time for its beauty – offering untouched and unpopulated beach access blended with stunning elevated views. With two villas already sold and several further prospects conducting their due diligence after a limited pre-sales campaign, the market is proving them right.

As Beach Enclave nears the start of construction on the first 4 bedroom beachfront villa, site works for the gated community are well under way. The entrance and road leading to the private driveways of the 9 villa enclave homes have been prepared. Easily accessible pathways to all homesites lead to viewing terraces placed on the actual pool locations of each SWA Architect custom-designed home.
Steps take you down to the beach from the elevated ridge that the villas will be located on, impressively showcasing the stunning views of the turquoise waters and the barrier reef to the North of Providenciales.
