You stretch your right arm forward, left arm behind, as the instructor subtly adjusts your shoulders to help you enjoy the maximum benefit from the pose. You’ve tried yoga before, but you never knew how amazing it could be when practiced in a tropical paradise. At Beach Enclave’s North Shore yoga pavilion, this fantasy becomes reality every day at 8 A.M. during the vinyasa yoga class led by the expert instructors from Retreat Yoga & Wellness Studio. Laura and Lindsay Mensen, founders of Retreat Studio, studied abroad for several years with the world’s most elite teachers before returning to Turks & Caicos to bring their healing services to visitors and residents alike. In fact, the program at our North Shore location has been so successful, we’re planning to take it to the next level. When our newest resort, Beach Enclave Long Bay, opens November 1, it will offer daily afternoon yoga classes focused on sculpting and led, of course, by the professionals from Retreat Yoga & Wellness. Best of all, as a guest of Beach Enclave, you can attend these yoga classes at both North Shore and Long Bay free of charge. Develop core strength, flexibility, and mindfulness at one of the group classes, or let us arrange a private session for you at your seaside villa. We’ll even provide an array of healthy, fresh, and delicious snacks for you to enjoy, including smoothies, fruit juices, hummus, granola, quinoa banana bars, and much more.
