CEO & Founder – Vasco Borges.
Vasco has over a decade of experience in luxury real estate development and management. Previously, Vasco worked 7 years at McKinsey & Company, as a consultant and project manager in the Luxury Goods and Private Equity practices
across Europe, South America and Asia; and as Brand Manager at Danone. Before founding Beach Enclave, Vasco project managed the Water Cay development for the Starwood Capital Group, and was the Chief Financial Officer of the Grace Bay Resorts. At Grace Bay Resorts, Vasco was instrumental in the development and opening of the Estates at Grace Bay Club, and led construction completion and opening of the Veranda Resort & Residences, later sold to Sandals Group for a TCI record price. Through his tenure, he supported the transformation of the Grace Bay Club to one of the most recognized and awarded resort companies in Turks and Caicos.
Chief Operating Officer – Joshua Torai
Joshua is a 16-year luxury hospitality industry veteran and has been named Chief Operating Officer of Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos. Mr. Torai, who is in charge of the overall operations of the Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos portfolio domestically and abroad, joined the company from Wymara Resort & Villas, where, through his leadership, the property achieved its Forbes 4-Star accreditation.
An honors graduate of the International Hotel Management Institute in Switzerland, Mr. Torai has held executive management positions with the major players in the luxury hospitality industry around the globe including The Dorchester Collection, The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Atlantis Resorts, One & Only Resorts, Constance Hotels & Resorts, Aman Resorts, Alila Hotels & Resorts, Zemi Beach House, and a number of the Caribbean’s leading luxury brands. His travels in working with these amazing brands have brought him to over five continents, but he now calls the Caribbean his home.

VP Development and Asset Management – Vikram John.
A graduate from the Les Roches school of Hospitality Management in Switzerland, Vikram began his career in hospitality as a Management Trainee with the award-winning Grace Bay Club in 2005.
Vikram was instrumental in the growth of Grace Bay Club from a boutique 21 suite hotel to a world renown resort in the Turks and Caicos. Specializing in project management in hospitality and the construction industry, Vikram leads all efforts in planning, developing and implementing hospitality projects for Beach Enclave.
Director of Finance – Ben Avenant.
Ben joined Beach Enclave as Director of Finance in late 2018, bringing with him the designation of Chartered Accountant. He offers a unique analytical and structured approach to the team which he gained working as the
Head of Finance in the villa development and F&B industry for the past 5 years on Providenciales. Ben transferred to the Turks & Caicos Islands in 2013 to join PricewaterhouseCoopers’ life insurance division. He is originally from Cape Town, South Africa where he worked at Mazars as Auditor in the hospitality, industrial and retail sectors.
Revenue Manager – Annie Lee.
Annie’s hospitality career began at Cornell University where she received her bachelors in hospitality administration and most recently, a certificate in revenue management. Prior to her time at Beach Enclave,
Annie was a true entrepreneur and founded a wholesale bakery and children’s hand-made clothing line in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Annie oversees revenue management, events, FAM trips, and reservations at Beach Enclave.
Concierge Manager – Randi Carlson.
Randi grew up in Providenciales and loves sharing her local knowledge and insider tips with BE guests to ensure they have the vacation of a lifetime.
Upon earning a BS degree in Health and Human Performance from the College of Charleston in South Carolina, she worked for 7 years in the pharmacy industry. She discovered her niche for hospitality once she began working for BE in October 2018.
