COVID-19 Travel Entry Requirements

Beach Enclave is dedicated to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our residents, guests and team members.

Please note that at this time, there is no quarantine period upon arrival to the Turks & Caicos Islands for visitors. Instead, all international visitors, with the exception of children under 10 years of age, must have proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test from an accredited facility taken within five days prior to arrival. This must be a blood draw; antibody testing is not accepted for entry.

Additionally, all incoming travelers must have proof of travel insurance that covers COVID-19 in-country medical treatment, the cost of quarantine and repatriation/medivac insurance.

A health questionnaire must also be completed and uploaded electronically to the TCI Assured website. We kindly ask guests to bring two printed copies of each document with them upon arrival.

1. What are Beach Enclave’s housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures?

At  BE  we  take  standards  for  hygiene  and  cleanliness  very  seriously  and  are  taking  steps  to  ensure the safety of our guests and our team members.

We  wash  all  bed  linens  and  towels  daily  with  a  disinfecting  laundry  detergent.  Bed  scarves,  bedspreads, and decorative bed pillows will be removed. Un-used robes and slippers will be replaced  and  washed  after  each  guest  stay.  Hand  sanitizer,  face  masks,  latex  gloves  are  also  provided for all guests.

Additionally  we  will  focus  on  disinfecting  all  hard  surfaces  (e.g.  floors,  desks,  countertops, tables).  Disinfectant  control  logs  will  be  kept  in  the  villa  and  signed  after  the  disinfecting  has  been  completed.  Focus  we  will  be  placed  on  high-touch  areas  such  as  door  handles,  light  switches,  in-room  tablets,  safes,  coffee  machines,  in-room  tablets,  TV  remotes,  etc.  All  watersports equipment will be disinfected after every use. Mops and housekeeping equipment are disinfected prior and after every use with phenolic anti-bacterial disinfectant.

Antibacterial soap will be provided in all bathrooms. Antibacterial gel will be provided in the main living area sanitation station at the entrance with disinfectant wipes, gloves and masks.

All  gym  equipment  is  cleaned  with  a  disinfecting  solution  containing  at  least  70%  alcohol.  Paying extra attention to high-touch areas, such as weight equipment, treadmill interfaces and handrails, and yoga mats and exercise balls. Taxis are also disinfected after each trip. We will perform daily temperature checks to our team members prior to starting their shift.

2. Does Beach Enclave utilize Green products for sanitation and disinfecting the Villa prior to our arrival? What are the products being utilized?

Yes. We have partnered up with eco sure and ecolab and use their cleaning and disinfecting products. These products include their 73 Bathroom disinfectant cleaner, Neutral Disinfectant cleaner, Sanitizing wipes, Peroxide cleaning and disinfectant. These products are EPA certified eco-friendly.

3. What process can we expect once we arrive at the airport and deplaning at immigration and customs?

The Turks and Caicos Government is actively working on implementing new  airport procedures. BE is committed to continuing to support and personalize the arrival experience.

We will be in touch on procedures as they are developed and keep all guests informed of the requirements.

4. What BE employee criteria and certifications are required for our safety and cleanliness?

Beach  Enclave  employees  go  through  extensive  housekeeping  training  and  are  trained  on  COVID 19 sanitation standards by Ecolab.

Prior To Your Arrival

Can I arrange to be picked up at the airport?

Transfers to your villa upon arrival are included in the villa rate. Our concierge will contact you for your flight information and to arrange a Beach Enclave representative to escort you for your transfer.

Can I rent a car in the Turks & Caicos Islands?

Our concierge can arrange to have a rental car meet you at your villa on arrival. Please contact us at experiences@beachenclave.com for more details or to confirm.

Can I arrange to have my villa stocked with groceries before we arrive?

Yes, our team can pre-stock your villa with food and beverage items for an additional charge. Please contact experiences@beachenclave.com a minimum of four weeks prior to your arrival.

What is the currency in the Turks and Caicos Islands?

The United States Dollar (US$) is the official currency of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

How do I pre-book SCUBA diving and fishing?

All excursions can be pre-booked directly through our concierge at experiences@beachenclave.com.

Is there complimentary WiFi throughout the property?

Yes, WiFi and high-speed internet access is available in every villa.

Is there cell phone coverage at the property?

Cell phone service is available utilizing a local telecommunications company in TCI. Please be aware that usage rates may be higher than your domestic rates.

What will happen in the event of a hurricane prior to my arrival?

In the event that guests are unable to arrive as scheduled due to flight cancellations or property closure, guests may elect to arrive within 30 days after the storm has passed for the same number of nights without an increase in the nightly rate. Please read our full hurricane policy here.

Can I arrange to have my wedding or renewal of vows ceremony at Beach Enclave?

Do you offer executive meetings and corporate retreats?

How is tipping handled at the resort?

A 10% service charge fee is added to the rate, a portion of which is distributed to the employees. Additional tipping is at guests’ discretion.

What service charge and taxes are added to my bill?

The villa rate is subject to a 12% government tax and a 10% service charge.

Is the tap water safe for drinking?

While tap water is safe for drinking, bottled water is also available.

Besides the concierge, what staff is included at the villa?

Each home comes with its own personal butler and housekeeper.

Do you have on-site dining?
