Leading up to your arrival:
Well before you arrive to the islands, Beach Enclave staff will reach out to learn more about you and your family's personal preferences.
- We will stock your villa kitchen with your food and drink.
- The day before your arrival, your private butler meticulously checks to ensure your villa is set up just the way you've requested it be.
Upon your arrival:
From the moment you arrive at Beach Enclave, your personal butler will greet you and ensure you get the most out of your stay in the villa.
- On the day of your arrival, your butler is busy preparing welcome amenities like a cold towel and a refreshing drink.
- When you arrive, your butler will offer to unpack your luggage or prepare you a refreshing drink.
Throughout your stay:
Your butler, who acts as a single point-of-contact between you and the resort, will remain with you in the villa throughout your entire stay.
- Within a day, your butler will learn your preferences and anticipate you needs from room service to laundry and all the amenities in-between.
- Serve breakfast, snacks and lunch including set-up if desired.
- Serve complimentary fresh fruit as requested.
- Butlers accompany you in the villa as long as you need them to be there with you.
In the evening:
While the sun may be setting butler service is still available.
- Your butler works alongside a private chef to prepare meals and table settings.
- Butlers coordinate and facilitate all laundry and housekeeping activities and provide nightly turndown service.
Before your departure:
We ensure a seamless departure at the end of your stay at Beach Enclave.
