Beach Enclave is dedicated to ensuring the safety of our guests and our team.
Please note that there is no quarantine period upon arrival to the Turks & Caicos Islands for visitors. Instead, all international visitors, with the exception of children under 10 years of age, must have proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test from an accredited facility taken within 5 days prior to arrival. This must be a blood draw; antibody testing is not accepted for entry.
Additionally, all incoming travelers must have proof of travel insurance that covers COVID-19 in-country medical treatment, the cost of quarantine and repatriation/medivac insurance.
A health questionnaire must also be completed and uploaded electronically to the TCI Assured website. We kindly as guests to bring two printed copies of each document with them upon arrival.
In order to meet new U.S. entry requirements, and for added convenience and peace of mind, Beach Enclave will provide complimentary testing for guests returning to the U.S. These pre-departure tests will take place in the comfort and privacy of our villas and will be coordinated directly by our Concierge.

Can I arrange to be picked up at the airport?
Transfers to your villa upon arrival are included in the villa rate. All we need is your flight information and we will have a Beach Enclave representative escort you to your transfer.
Can I rent a car in the Turks & Caicos Islands?

Can I arrange to have my villa stocked with groceries before we arrive?
Yes, we can pre-stock your villa with food and beverage items for an additional charge. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who can assist with your request. Please keep in mind that the majority of food and beverage items are imported to the islands, we therefore require up to four weeks notice for specialty items.
What is the currency in the Turks and Caicos Islands?
The United States Dollar (US$) is the official currency of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
How do I pre-book SCUBA diving and fishing?
All excursions can be pre-booked directly through our concierge desk on property.
Is there complimentary WiFi throughout the property?
Yes, there is high speed internet access in every villa.
Is there cell phone coverage at the property?
Cell phone service is available utilizing a local telecommunications company in TCI. Please be aware that usage rates will be much higher than your domestic rates.
Can food and beverage gifts be pre-ordered for special occasions?
The property can arrange for special requests. Please contact our concierge desk for assistance. We will strive to deliver on any request, but keep in mind all food and beverage items are imported, therefore ample notice is required.
What will happen in the event of a hurricane prior to my arrival?
In the event that guests are unable to arrive as scheduled due to flight cancellations or property closure, the guests may elect to arrive within 30 days after the storm has passed for the same number of nights without an increase in the nightly rate. How is tipping handled at the resort?
A 10% service charge fee is added to the rate, a portion of which is distributed to the employees. Additional tipping is at you discretion.
What service charge and taxes are added to my bill?
The villa rate is subject to a 12% government tax and a 10% service charge.
Is the tap water safe for drinking at the resort?
The water is safe for drinking, however it may taste differently to you. Bottled water is also be available. With prior notice, we can also stock your villa with any special food and beverage request for an additional charge. We would require ample notice in order to ensure delivery upon your arrival.
Besides the concierge, what staff is included at the villa?
Each home comes with it’s own personal butler/housekeeper. This dedicated butler will not only clean the home daily but will serve drinks by the pool and the beach as well as ensure that your party is well looked after. In addition, Beach Enclave employs a Resort Manager, Private Chefs, a Maintenance Supervisor, Recreation Attendant and a Turndown Attendant as well as Security.
What will happen in the event of a hurricane during my stay?
If guests feel the need to leave, Beach Enclave will issue a hotel credit valid for travel July 15 through December 18 for the number of nights interrupted. Read the full hurricane policy.
