In June 2019, the first villa was completed. Two more villas will be completed by Fall of 2019, and 4 more will be completed by Summer 2020.

Beach Enclave Grace Bay features a collection of four beachfront villas and six ocean-view villas. Privacy is guaranteed by designing the lowest density on Grace Bay Beach and a lush landscaping plan. Access to the villas is made through a private gate, flanked by the reception from which two internal roads lead to each parcel.  A one and a half acre Dune Garden stand at the heart of the property in which cars will not be permitted.  Only two structures are located on the Dune Gardens: an open air yoga pavilion and discrete Beach Club where the Beach Enclave team will provide owners and their guests attentive and personalized service.   Three custom designed luxury beachfront villa designs are available, complete with a wide menu of options and the ability to tailor design certain aspects of your villa. Not all villa designs are available for every parcel – please inquire for further details.

  • A Garden Cottage: 626 sqft cottage located at the south side of the villa, opening into the garden patio.
  • B Garage: 315 sqft enclosed AC garage with parking carport located alongside.

  • D Beach Deck (Beach Front): 330 sqft dedicated beach deck located at the villa’s own dune beach area, facing out toward the ocean view. Equipped with prep counter area and oversized built-in shower.
  • E Beach Hut: Towel and bottle service, outdoor shower, private beach cabanas for each home.
  • F Beach Deck (Ocean View): 220 sqft dedicated beach deck located by the dune, accessible through the garden and supported by beach station and beach service.
