With an impressive 10-month wind season, Providenciales provides an idyllic, nearly year-long playground for boarders of all skill levels, seeking an adrenaline rush on the water. The weather conditions, pristine, uncrowded beaches, and flat, shallow waters of Long Bay Beach, make it a top destination in the kiteboarding world.

The NE trade winds in Providenciales typically blow from around mid-November through mid-August, with wind speeds ranging from 12 – 20+ knots suitable for 9m -12m kite sizes. The whole of the south side of Provo is essentially side onshore, perfect for flat water learning, boosting and tricks.
